Dry Dock Brewing

A self-proclaimed "speak-easy that hasn't stopped growing," Dry Dock Brewing Company is one of Denver's most exciting and fastest-growing breweries. The Aurora-based brew house opened its doors in 2005 and has been brewing some of our favorite beers ever since. While perennial favorites like their Apricot Blonde, Amber Ale, and Hop Abomination IPA are perfect for any occasion, Dry Dock showcases their true expertise in their lauded Signature Series. Beers like Bligh's Barleywine, their Whiskey Barrel Aged Double Vanilla Porter, and other limited offerings are truly delicious and deserved to savored and shared with friends.

Having evolved beyond their modest origins in 2005, Dry Dock now operates two tasting rooms in Aurora, appropriately referred to as the North Dock and South Dock. In addition to their year-round canned offerings, the taprooms also pour a rotating selections of seasonal and specialty offerings. From their clean German-style Pilsner to their Imperial Pumpkin, the Dry Dock taprooms pour something for every palate.

Cofounded by a husband-wife duo in 2011, Caution: Brewing Co. throws caution to the wind. Inspired by our brewing brethren in Fort Collins, Caution prides itself in using a wide variety of non-traditional brewing ingredients to produce unique, experimental, and delicious beers. Their incorporation of Asian spices, chrysanthemum, and honey-basil creates surprising and satiating ales that tickle the palate in any situation. Located five minutes from our hotel, Caution: Brewing Co. is a perfect stop for curious and adventurous drinkers.

Great Divide is perhaps Denver's most famous craft brewery. Founded in 1994, Great Divide brews a complete range of full-bodied, flavorful, and balanced beers that impart character and boldness into every glass. Since 2010, Crooked Stave Artisan Beer Project has earned a dedicated and passionate cult following of sour beer enthusiasts. Specializing in tart, funky, fruity, and earthy ales inspired by the wild-fermented beers of Belgium and France, Crooked Stave imparts its creative signature by brewing and aging many of their releases with spices, herbs, botanicals, fruits, and wood. While Crooked Stave produced their beers in their Barrel Cellar, they also operate a bustling taproom at The Source, an artisan food market in the city's River North District.
